You have an engineering degree and looking forward to upgrade your knowledge and qualification? This programme is for you. Enroll in this programme to advance your knowledge in Mechanical Engineering field. This is a 3 to 4-semester programme, in which you will not only learn advanced knowledge in Mechanical Engineering field, but also involve in dissertation project that spans in 2 semesters. This programme is conducted in UMP Pekan Campus, and at several offshore campuses such as in Kemaman and Kota Kinabalu.

Entry Requirements
- Recognized degree with CPA 2.50/4.00 and above or
- Recognized degree with CPA lower than2.50/4.00, the candidates must have minimum of 5 years working experience in related fields or
- APEL A Certificate (APEL T-7): Malaysian citizen of at least 30 years of age and possess at least STPM/A-level/Diploma/ Equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
English Language Requirements (for international students only)
- Candidates should have a good command of English equivalent to IELTS5.0, TOEFL* 500 points.
- The certification should not be more than 2 years from the date of the test and the registration of candidature.
*TOEFL ITP is not accepted by admission. If you have obtained a lower result or have not taken the TOEFL / IELTS test, you are required to attend the Pre-sessional English Course (PEC). Students need to sit for the assessments and a final test, and must achieve at least B (the passing mark at postgraduate level).
