The Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) (BMA) is a programme approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, recognised by the Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA), and accredited by the Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM), focusing on the automotive field. In this programme, graduates are expected to achieve outstanding professionalism related to engineering practice and research or specific fields they choose to pursue from the 135 credit hours offered courses. The programme covers broad areas of 12 mechanical disciplines set out by BEM e.g., materials, manufacturing, mechanical design, static & dynamics, instrumentation, and focusing in automotive. Thorough assessments are undertaken to equip graduates with a wide range of skills to be competitive, critical thinking, and complex problem solving without compromising ethics and all related regulations in the engineering field. The programme's successfulness is proven by achieving our students appointed locally and internationally in various sectors and positions.

Entry Requirements

LEPASAN STPM
SYARAT AM UNIVERSITI

Lulus Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Setaraf dengan mendapat kepujian dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia atau kepujian Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia Kertas Julai,

dan

Lulus Peperiksaan Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 3.00 dan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya:
- Gred C (NGMP 2.00) mata pelajaran Pengajian Am; dan
- Gred C (NGMP 2.00) dalam dua (2) mata pelajaran lain,

dan

Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Tahap 2 (Band 2) dalam Malaysian University English Test (MUET).

KEPERLUAN KHAS PROGRAM

Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred C (NGMP 2.00) pada peringkat STPM dalam mata pelajaran berikut : 
- Matematik T
- Kimia
- Fizik

dan

Calon tidak cacat anggota sehingga menyukarkan kerja-kerja amali.
