REVISION OF BVA TEACHING PLANS WITH AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES

 
 
FTKMA conducted a workshop to revise the BVA teaching plans with automotive industry representatives on 14th September 2021. The main objective of the workshop is to ensure that the teachings in the faculty is in accordance with the demands of the industry. A total of 10 industrial representatives were present in the workshop, as listed below:

5 FTKMA researchers were awarded 5 FRGS projects totalling RM621,617 on September 7th 2021. The list of the names and research titles are shown below:

MOHD HILMY NAIM AWARDED FIRST PLACE IN THE NATIONAL 3 MINUTES THESIS COMPETITION

Our very own Mohd Hilmy Naim Mohd Yakin has been awarded FIRST PLACE in the 3 Minutes Thesis competition at the NATIONAL LEVEL in the Engineering and Technology Category, held virtually by International Islamic University Malaysia.
 
His awesome performance can be seen at 2:00:35. His presentation is entitled 'Predicting Crack Initiation and propagation with peridynamics'
Once again, well done to Mr Mohd Hilmy Naim Mohd Yakin from the whole faculty!

Dr. Sudhakar Kumarasamy was honored among the Stanford University list of the World’s Top 2% Most-cited Scientists for his research excellence in the "Energy" field! The list includes over 150,000 scientists whose work has been cited the most by researchers around the world in influential journals, making them the world’s most prominent scientific researchers.
